Website Terms
Effective date: September 9, 2026. These Website Terms apply when you access Fendexa, buy from us, or otherwise use services provided through this storefront.
1. Using the storefront
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a disruptive way, or use our content to mislead others.
2. Product information
We work to present products, options, colors, and images clearly. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance, and measurements can vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product availability may change without notice. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with an item and stop using it if irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs.
3. Prices, currency, and orders
Store prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Taxes, delivery charges, duties, or import fees may be added where applicable. An order confirmation means we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or unusual quantity.
4. Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Guide and Returns & Exchanges page form part of these terms. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Legal consumer guarantees and other non-excludable rights continue to apply.
5. Store content
The Fendexa name, original site design, photographs, graphics, and written content belong to us or are used with authorization. You may view and use the storefront for personal shopping, but may not copy, sell, republish, or exploit protected content without permission.
6. Third-party services
The storefront runs on Shopify and may connect to payment, delivery, analytics, or other services provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. A link does not mean we control or endorse every part of an outside service.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the storefront is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such a limitation is permitted. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nebraska, United States, without limiting mandatory protections available to customers where they live.
